Zylofon Media Donates To Blakk Rasta

The drive-time host for Accra-based Zylofon FM has been presented with a brand new car for his errands.

The Head of Communications at Zylofon Media, Samuel Atuobi Baah, presented an unregistered Pajero to the outspoken reggae presenter a new Pajero on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.

Blakk Rasta has garnered a huge audience for the station after few weeks of hosting its drive-time programme.

The Ghanaian reggae musician and radio presenter, real name Abubakar Ahmed, who joined Zylofon FM in September 2017, goes on air every weekday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The former Hitz FM presenter, who has been off the airwaves for about two years, landed a new deal with Zylofon 102.1FM a few months ago.

The reggae singer, after he resigned from Hitz FM, took up a lecturing job at the University of Central Missouri, a public state university located in Warrensburg, Missouri, United States. He lectured on World Religions, Afrikana Studies and Environmental Sciences.
