Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fidelity Bank Ghana, Edward Effah, has described the bank’s mobile app as the best in the industry.
“The Fidelity App is simply the best in town. Those of our customers who have already signed on attest to its unique features and its user-friendliness,” he stated.
Mr Effah, who was speaking at the Customer Appreciation Dinner of the bank held at Kempinski Hotel in Accra said: “It is sheer pleasure in having most of banking transactions done in the comfort of our homes or offices any day anytime and no hassle but simply enjoyable.”
He revealed that the Fidelity Mobile App, which is one of the top apps on Google play store, allows for International Money Transfers, Currency Conversions, Check confirmations, Travel notices and many more other transactions.
“We have resolved to stop at nothing and deliver to you our cherished customers products and solutions that will give you the best customer experience anywhere. Our prime objective is to deliver to you world-class services in our local environment,” Mr Effah stated.
Fidelity Bank used the Customer Appreciation Dinner to reward three loyal customers with GH¢50,000 each in its grand draw to cap the 10x Richer Deposit campaign.
The bank has over the past few months rewarded customers with over GH¢300,000.
