JFK Energizes Ahafo NPP

Justin Kodua Frimpong

In a bid to revitalize the New Patriotic Party (NPP) grassroots support and address internal issues, General Secretary Justin Kodua Frimpong, affectionately known as JFK, embarked on a dynamic two-day working visit to the Ahafo Region on August 29-30.

This strategic move comes as the party gears up for the upcoming elections, recognizing the crucial role the Ahafo Region plays in its electoral fortunes.

JFK’s visit was designed to reignite the party’s base, resolve minor internal disputes, and foster unity among stakeholders.

During his stay, JFK engaged in a series of meetings with key party stakeholders, including communicators, former and current regional and constituency executives, ex-MPs, and the council of elders.
These gatherings provided a platform for open discussions, resolving internal disagreements, and strengthening the party’s unity.

JFK was accompanied by a dedicated team, including National Deputy Youth Organizer Sandra, National Deputy IT Director, Forson, Deputy National Protocol Officer Kwabena Frimpong, and his office staff, Asiama and Vincent.
This team played a vital role in facilitating the visit’s objectives.

The Ahafo Region has been a significant battleground for the NPP in previous elections, with the party seeking to consolidate its support base and make inroads into new areas.

JFK’s visit is seen as a critical step in energizing the party’s machinery, with a clear call to action for all members to work together toward a common goal – securing a decisive victory in the upcoming elections.

This move is part of the NPP’s broader strategy to strengthen its regional support, following similar initiatives in other key regions.
