Allotey Lifts Amasaman Boxer X Champ Cup 

Jacob Allotey was named the Ogboo Rider in the Amasaman edition of the ongoing Boxer X Champion Cup to lead the team to the regional finals to be held at Nima Kawukudi Park on November 25.

The Boxer X Champion Cup which is being organized in six biking communities started from Kasoa where Emmanuel Aryeetey emerged winner and then to Amasaman.

It was a display of biking prowess by the 102 participants from the 286 registration recorded during the pre-event activations in the Amasaman community.

The activations were done with a Demo Van to demonstrate the features and prowess of the Bajaj Boxer X125 range, while engaging bike mechanics and the general public in relevant education about proper usage and maintenance practices of the motorbike.

Competing with Jacob Allotey for the ultimate prize at Amasaman were five other riders, namely, Kwame Ataa, who came second, Samuel Kotei, third and Benjamin Adjei, fourth. The remaining two were Eric Sowrolo and Maswud Silen.

The Boxer X Champion Cup is a rough road motorbike tournament organized by Bajaj Auto Limited and Somoco Ghana through Exp Ghana with the objective of spreading the unique biking experience of the new Boxer X-125 across the various biking communities in Ghana.

The next phase of the competition takes off at Dzodze Park in the Volta Region on 3rd November, 2018 but will be preceded by town activations from 1st to 2nd November to educate the public and also register participants for the race.
