Ama Broni and Mr. Logic
Artiste manager and entertainment pundit, Mr. Logic, has on moral grounds condemned the decision of Kasoa slay queen, Ama Broni, to go naked on a carnival stage, which allegedly triggered an unfortunate incident that led to her demise.
Ama Broni died during a street carnival at Liberia Camp near Kasoa, in the Central Region.
According to eyewitnesses, she took up a challenge by an artiste called Shana to twerk naked on stage for $100.
But she met her unfortunate death while descending the stage to save herself from some young men who allegedly wanted to fondle her.
She was allegedly electrocuted when she allegedly decided not to use the approved route off the backstage.
Speaking about the incident on Hitz FM on Thursday morning, Mr. Logic described the incident as unfortunate and backed calls for investigations into what really happened.
However, he questioned how Ama was brought up as he sounded astonished by her decision to go naked.
“I think Ama Broni had no social values. I don’t know how she was brought up.
“Sometimes you offend women by addressing issues into reality. Socially, it is not even right for Ama Broni to go nude, and the artiste to call for twerking. Let’s look at the issues both ways,” he stated.
Meanwhile, some showbiz observers have argued that the late Ama Broni didn’t die because she took off her pant; she died because she was electrocuted by an alleged naked wire which could have killed anybody.
