Anita Erskine
Ghanaian media personality and accomplished MC, Anita Erskine, has been selected to serve as a juror for the 2025 International Emmy Awards, one of the most prestigious honours in global television.
This marks her return to the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences jury panel. In a post shared on July 28, 2025, Erskine expressed her appreciation for the opportunity, describing it as both “powerful and deeply humbling.”
“I’m filled with deep gratitude to the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for bringing me back as a Juror for the 2025 Emmys,” she wrote. “From starting as an on-screen talent to becoming a storyteller, producer, executive producer, and editor, I’ve learned that you don’t grow by accident — you grow by intention.”
Erskine described her juror role as a “labour of love,” adding that she is honoured to help shape what the world sees as the best in international television.
She also used the occasion to encourage others to embrace their growth, value their experiences, and boldly pursue their passions. “Everyone’s contribution matters,” she noted.
Anita Erskine has hosted several high-level global events, including the Mjadala Afrika Leadership Debate at the African Union Headquarters, the AfCFTA Business Forum in Kigali, the ECOWAS Bank Forum in Lomé, and various international conferences in Marrakech, New York, and Nassau.
The 2025 International Emmy Awards will be held on 24 November in New York City, recognising excellence in television programming produced and aired outside the United States.
