The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has failed to ensure that coronavirus safety protocols were adhered to during his recent visit to his home region, the Upper West Region.
Mr Bagbin was in the Upper West Region On April 7, 2021.
But there was a large crowd with no social distancing.
Some persons within the crowd were not wearing face masks.
The thick crowd had come to welcome the Speaker in his region.
