Information gathered by DAILY GUIDE indicates that the President has reconstituted the Board of Ghana Gas Company.
Sources say the newly reconstituted Board which is set to be sworn in coming Monday has former Member of Parliament (MP) for Cape Coast and Minister in the previous Kufuor-led New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration, Christine Churcher as its Chairperson.
Other members of the Board include former MP for Tema West and Majority Leader in Parliament, Abraham Ossei Aidoo and MP For Sekondi, Andrew Kofi Mercer.
The rest include the Paramount Chief of Atuabo Traditional Area, Awulae Kpanyili, Steven Swami Nyaniya Abdulai, Delphine Dogbega, Nana Owusu Ansah Ababio, Joseph Kwaku Acolatse with the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) also serving as a member.
