The Chief Executive Officer of Glitz Africa, Claudia Lumor, who also doubles as the UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador to Ghana, over the weekend, celebrated Father’s Day by providing free prostrate health screening for hundreds of elderly men in Oforikrom Constituency in the Ashanti Region.
The fathers were screened by a medical team, and a launching of a health scheme where people will be assisted with their medical prescriptions.
She also honoured some inspirational fathers in the constituency with gifts such as hampers and food items.
The fathers were also screened for high blood pressure and diabetes. By offering free screening, she is giving people the chance to detect potential health problems early and get the treatment they need to stay healthy.
With the launch of the health scheme which will assist people with their medical prescriptions, Claudia is making it easier for people to get the medications they need to manage their health conditions.
