This order was made by Justice Frank Aboadwe Rockson on November 13, 2024, in response to an ex-parted motion filed by Ofosu Asamoah, Executive Secretary of the National Labour Commission, and supported by Alexander Owusu Junior, Esq., counsel for the applicant.
The court’s directive also mandates the respondents to comply with the National Labour Commission’s directives issued on November 6, 2024, and call off the strike action.
This move aims to restore normalcy and prevent further disruptions.
