D.K. Korankye Company Limited, a Cement Distribution Company with its Head Office at Bibiani in the Western North Region has won the 2019 Best National Cement Distributor Award.
This feat is as a result of the hard work and commitment of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nana Korankye, who is also the Sompahene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area.
The award was given to the company by Diamond Cement Group, which had recognised the sterling performance of D.K. Korankye Company Limited towards the sustainability of the cement industry in Ghana.
In a short address, the Managing Director (MD) of Diamond Cement
Group, Mr. Prasad Motaprati said that the company was proud to be working with D.K.
Korankye Company Limited and others in the cement business.
According to him, Nana Korankye was one personality that the company (Diamond Cement) had enjoyed working with, taking cognizance of his transparent dealings in the field of operations.
Receiving the award, Nana Korankye commended the Diamond Cement Group for its quality product which had contributed greatly to the growth of the construction industry as well as national development.
