Dzifa Ativor Visits Montie Gang With Goodies [PHOTOS]

Former Transport Minister Dzifa Ativor has visited a presenter of Accra-based Montie FM and two panelists in prison, bearing gifts.

Salifu Maase, Alistair Nelson and Godwin Ako Gun were sentenced to four months in prison by the Supreme Court on June 27 for threatening to kill judges.

Ministers of state including Education Minister Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang and one of her deputies, Okudzeto Ablakwa, deputy Communications Minister, Felix Kwakye – Ofosu and Gender, Children and Social Protection Minister, Nana Oye Lithur are among people who have signed petition to compel the President to free the triad.

According to a Facebook post of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s Okaikoi North Constituency women organiser, Madam Ativor encouraged the three to be strong as ‘justice delayed certainly cannot be justice denied.’

Madam Ativor in collaboration with Women for Mahama group presented items such as tins of Milk, Milo, canned fish, a gallon of cooking oil, bottles of water and toiletries to the incarcerated triad.
