Hasan Khrist (L), chief accountant at Electroland, presenting the ultimate trophy to the skipper of the winners
Marketing Manager of Electroland Ghana Limited (EGL), Adiza Ibrahim Sadiq, has drawn positives from the second edition of the EGL dealers’ football tournament held in Accra over the weekend.
To her, the tournament served its purpose of fostering close and cordial relationship between Electroland and its partners together, as well as to socialise and have fun outside away from the working environment.
And recounting her impression, she said, “It’s been successful, per what we have witnessed here, I can say it is an improvement of the maiden edition, and I believe we will fly on the wings of today’s success to make the subsequent editions more successful.”
Dealers like Robsied, Karoum Travel and Tour, Get4less, Samson Ventures (Volta), Melcom and Electroland battled for supremacy.
But it was the Volta Region-based dealer, Sampson Ventures, that lifted the ultimate after registering a 2-1 win over Melcom in the final.
It was Galeed Ventures that lifted the maiden edition.
