The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) is on the heels of four former directors and top officials of defunct UT Bank.
EOCO is facing difficulties in locating officials of the collapsed bank after several invitations extended to them to meet the Director of EOCO fell on deaf ears.
DAILY GUIDE has gathered the former directors and secretaries of the bank did not answer calls made by EOCO.
The four former officials, who are on the EOCO ‘wanted’ list, are Joseph Nsonamoah, Executive Board Chairman; Prince Kofi Amoabeng, Director; Alex Bernasko, Director and Mary Kessie, Company Secretary.
The paper learnt that the four are expected to appear before EOCO to answer questions related to the role they played in the collapse of the bank.
This follows findings contained in an investigative report on the collapse of the bank which was submitted to the Bank of Ghana (BoG).
