Credible information reaching DAILY GUIDE indicates that at a meeting held yesterday with both sides of the House in attendance, Speaker Alban Bagbin ruled that the Fomena MP, Andrew Asiamah Amoako, is the deciding factor on which side becomes Majority and vice versa.
This puts an end to the confusion over which of the two political parties, New Patriotic Party (NPP) or National Democratic Congress (NDC), is majority in Parliament.
