Forever Living Products Ghana Limited has organized its Success Day in Accra to reward some workers who have distinguished themselves in the business.
All expensive paid trip overseas, fully furnished apartment and cash were presented to the deserving workers.
Others also received certificates of recognition for their outstanding efforts in promoting the company’s products.
The day was also used to recognize some of the company’s business people who have qualified for some incentives.
Michael Boafo, Country Manager, who spoke to BUSINESS GUIDE at an event held at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, said “The success day is the day for our business owners who are doing well in the business, and they are recognized and celebrated.
“We believe that success begets success so those who are doing well need to be encouraged so they can do better than they have been doing.”
He said, “We believe that when we celebrate success it has a rippling effect on others. Others also emulate those who are being rewarded for their hard work.”
Touching on the effectiveness of the company’s products, Mr Boafo said, “We provide products that ensure that people have good health. All our products are natural and there are no complications when you use them.”
He said the company has employed thousands of people in Ghana directly and indirectly.
These employees, Mr Boafo said, are making a lot of money by selling and recommending the products to people, adding that “we also give them good incentives in addition to their profits.”
He said company would continue to churn out products that would help people to live long and healthy.
