Ghanaian socialite Mona Faiz Montrage otherwise known Hajia4Real has been trending on social media over allegations that she is on trial for 10 years jail term for fraud.
Other reports also claimed she has already been sentenced.
The actress and musician was allegedly arrested in London on Friday, November 11, 2022, in a joint operation by American and UK security authorities.
This was after she attended the 2022 edition of the Ghana Music Award UK in London. Viral reports at the time alleged that she was arrested because of an $8 million theft in America some time ago.
Mona or her camp has since been quiet and never made any official statement about the allegation.
Weeks later after the alleged arrest, she returned to Instagram and shared a video in which, she could be seen expressing appreciation to her followers for their love, prayers and support.
She also added that she missed everyone and captioned the video with prayer and love emojis.
The video at the time suggested that she was free to move around after the arrest.
However, she has since not returned to Ghana.
Currently, multiple online reports claimed she has been sentenced while others say she is on trial.
Rumours about the alleged sentence or trial reportedly started from one Snapchat user, King Charles III.
Interestingly the viral reports have come days after she had been updating her Instagram.
Many of her followers have since been confused about whether to believe the reports or not.
Meanwhile, her family and management have also been quiet about the claims.
