Host of Hitz Gallery on Hitz FM, Maximus Mensah, known on radio as Dr Pounds, has donated some equipment and hospital materials to the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital.
The items included a bed pan, wheel chairs, armpit crutches, nurses’ cap trolley, patients’ trolley, face mark, doz chronic, zimmer frames and others, estimated at GH¢12,000.
According to Dr Pounds, the donation forms part of his social responsibilities towards giving back to the society and the country as a whole.
Dr Nyantakyi, who received the items on behalf of the hospital, thanked Dr Pounds for his kind gesture and pledges to use them to help and support patients.
