Chioma Goodhair
Co-founder of Goodhair and cast member of the Real Housewives of Lagos, Chioma Ikokwu, popularly known as Chioma Goodhair, recently revealed that she is currently single and not looking for a relationship at the moment.
In an interview with Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha on Cool FM, Chioma shared that romantic relationships hold significant importance to her, and she prefers not to rush into them for the sake of it.
“At the moment, I am not in a relationship. I’m single as a pringle by choice. I don’t want to settle because I believe that the next person I date should potentially be someone I could marry if it works out. It has to be someone with potential,” she expressed.
Chioma had previously discussed ignoring signs of abuse in a past relationship during an interview with Toke Makinwa.
She mentioned that one of the signs was her partner consistently seeking forgiveness after wrongdoing.
Reflecting on her experience, she shared, “I’ve been in a relationship that was violent, my first relationship. But the most violent men are often the ones who beg for forgiveness repeatedly.
“I remember the first time he did it, he slept outside my house on the floor for three days in all weather conditions.
“By the fourth day, I couldn’t bear it anymore, so I allowed him to sleep in the corridor. I woke up in the middle of the night, and he was next to me on the bed.”
