KasaBazaar, a real estate construction company, operating in Kumasi has announced its presence in Accra promising to deliver quality and tailor made homes to meet growing demands for houses by  Ghanaians.
Speaking at an event to launch its presence in Accra, the President of KasaBazaar, John William Adel said the company which has operated in Kumasi as part of its expansion drive moved to Accra to equally provide house accommodation for residents who are equally facing challenges in acquiring homes for themselves due to factors such as urbanisation and difficulties in acquiring a land in the city.
“Our business model is therefore different from what exist in the industry. The traditional real estate business usually goes through four pronged processes by acquiring a land, a loan to build, development of the land and then you sell it, but at KasaBazaar, the client provides the land, we help you build with our money and you pay through whatever agreement we have with you and then you own it”.
“We are here to fill this gap to enable people to live in their dream homes. We believe with this model many people who wish to have their own homes would be able to own a home without facing difficulties because their incomes are low,” he added.
According to the President, the company started operation in 2016 and has transformed the lives of clients with its slogan “Build your vision by providing them homes that meet people’s specification”.
CEO of KasaBazaar, Rose Adel said the company hopes to become one of the leading real estate companies that will not only meet the growing demands of Ghanaians facing accommodation challenges but would help provide affordable homes to them as well.
He said the company which was established in 2016 also offers services in property management and shipment.
