Kisa Gbekle
Actress Kisa Gbekle has been named ambassador for Changeurstyle (CUS), a fashion brand that seeks to promote locally manufactured fashion products.
She joins the likes of Vicky Zugah and Fiifi Coleman who are also ambassadors for the fashion brand.
The deal comes a year after Kisa has consistently been spotted wearing African prints.
But in a chat with NEWS-ONE in 2017, the actress/musician said, “I feel African wear doesn’t look good on me and it’s a long process. You buy material, give it a dressmaker, he or she also wastes all the time in the world to make it. Most annoying are the lies they tell you.”
However, the regular applause she receives from people whenever she dons in any locally manufactured dress has changed her mind.
Currently, Kisa doesn’t only wear locally manufactured dresses, but she has also become a brand ambassador in that regard.
Kisa is considered one of the most hardworking Ghanaian actresses.
She has starred in several Ghallywood and Nollywood movies such as ‘Accra Hustlers’, ‘The Miser’, ‘Stand By Me’ and ‘Accra Runs’.
