Kojo Jones Marries At Colourful Traditional Wedding In Kumasi

The traditional wedding between the young Ghanaian businessman, Kojo Jones and Raychel Osei, has reportedly brought Kumasi to a standstill.

The marriage which has been trending on social media since Wednesday had several high profile personalities in attendance including politicians, showbiz personalities, traditional leaders and business executives.

Among them were actor Majid Michel, politicians Elvis Afriyie Ankrah and former National Health Insurance Authority boss, Sylvester Mensah.
Rich Nigerian baller Bolo Beckham popularly known as ‘Aboloo’ was at the ceremony and he reportedly sprayed fresh GHC200 notes to a sum of GHC40,000 on the new couple while they were at the dance floor.
Kojo Jones is the son of Rev Gifty Lamptey, widow of David Lamptey who is one of the women millionaires in Ghana.

The MD of Sidalco Ghana Ltd, a large fertilizer, weedicide and pesticide producer as well as distributor in Ghana, was wife to the late affluent politician, David Lamptey.
The politician who died on December 5, 2012, was MP of the Klore Klottey constituency between January 7, 1997, to January 6, 2001.
He is also famed as a popular philanthropist who owned Radio XYZ in Osu before taking over by Julius Debrah, former Chief of Staff under John Mahama.
Despite coming from home, Kojo Jones worked his way up to become one of the successful businessmen in Ghana with political ambitions.
Kojo runs Empire Domnus, a construction firm that has been excelling as one of Ghana’s popular realtors.
According to Pulseghana, his wife, Raychel Osei, a Londoner is also from a Ghanaian rich home with family ties to the Manhyia Royal home. Mr and Mrs Jones are also set to have a plush white wedding in Accra this Sunday at a beach hotel.
