The Lakeside Estate Limited has been honoured by the Humanity Magazine International for its immense contribution to real estate development in Ghana.

A certificate of honour presented to the Managing Director of Lakeside Estate, Dr Prince-Joseph M.K Ayiku and read by the Country Director of the Humanity Magazine International, Yahaya Alhassan, said: “Your unparalleled building projects have inspired and encouraged many to become landlords or ladies in Ghana. Your office organizational and leadership qualities are worthy of emulation by every Ghanaian institution.”
The magazine promotes business and investments in Africa, and the rest of the world to create employment opportunities to benefit the citizenry.
In a post-award interview at Lakeside Estate Office located at Silver Star, Airport City, Dr Ayiku expressed his appreciation for the honour done him, saying, “We are all for the good of the community to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders.”
The international correspondent of the magazine, Armanda Glum, said her outfit would promote the Joseph Project with Lakeside to encourage African Americans and those in the Diaspora to buy or develop homes in Ghana, which she described as the most beautiful and safest part of Africa.
