The lifeless body of Martin Kunchor
A 30-year-old Cocoa Purchasing Clerk (PC) identified as Martin Kunchor, has allegedly committed suicide.
The deceased was staying with his wife at Gravel Yard, in the Torompan Electoral Area in the Amenfi West Municipality of the Western Region.
The deceased allegedly committed suicide by killing himself with a gun on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
He was said to have placed the gun at his left ear and fired it, killing him instantly.
The PC purportedly killed himself after a quarrel had ensued between him and the wife.
The assembly member for the area, Abdulai Salifu Amadiba told journalists that the deceased was known to be very calm.
He said it was alleged that Martin had an argument with his wife and later left home to the cemetery in the area and shot himself.
The lifeless body has since been taken to a hospital morgue by the Samreboi police for further investigations.
