Bright Ofori, Mr. World Ghana 2019
The quest to find Ghana’s most desirable gentleman has commenced with the announcement of auditions for Mr. World Ghana 2024, scheduled for July 28. The winner will represent Ghana at the prestigious Mr. World event in Vietnam in September 2024.
The auditions aim to select the best contestants to represent the country. Aspiring participants are invited to embark on this life-enriching journey.
This event not only aims to showcase the finest gentlemen in the country but also significantly contributes to Ghana’s socio-economic development through volunteerism under the Miss Ghana Foundation.
The auditions will take place on Sunday, July 28, at the Tang Place Hotel in Accra, starting at 9am prompt. Participants must be Ghanaian citizens, with a minimum height of 5’7″ and between the ages of 18 and 27 years.
They must have completed senior secondary education or be enrolled in or completed tertiary education. Participants must also possess a national ID, preferably a passport, and must be single, never married, and without children.
Other eligibility requirements include having no criminal record, a lean physique, being enthusiastic, good-looking, photogenic, eloquent, and passionate about advancing the causes of the less privileged. While model or runway experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
The Mr. World Ghana contest provides a platform for young Ghanaian men to gain exposure, access opportunities, and receive essential grooming and educational tips. The experience enhances personal development and instills a sense of pride in representing the country on a global stage.
