MrBeast Named ‘Development Chief’ For $1m School Project

American YouTuber, MrBeast, has been honoured with the title ‘Chief of Development’ in Ghana after investing $1 million to transform a local school.

The project included building a new classroom block for over 250 students, drilling a clean water well, and constructing homes for two dedicated teachers.

The school project is among one of the 10 built across the world in countries like Mexico, India, and USA, a show of commitment to making education accessible to all.

In a post by Africa Facts Zone on X, a video of the development journey of the school was shared under the caption, “American YouTuber, MrBeast built a school in Ghana. This is one of the 10 schools he built around the world.”

The video captured breakdown stage of the old school structure to the building and furnishing of the new school.

This has attracted a lot of applause from a section of his followers, while others are urging fellow influencers to follow his path.
