FOUNDER OF Women of Valour (WoV), Nana Aba Anamoah, has applauded Afrobeat sensation King Promise for his performance at this year’s event held at the London Hilton on Park Lane on March 7, 2026.

King Promise made a surprise appearance at this year’s Women of Valour event, performing hit after hit for participants at the event. The highlight of his performance was when he engaged Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw on the ‘Terminator’ dance challenge. That moment won hearts as the participants were also seen singing word for word of the song while dancing to the challenge.

Actress Nana Ama McBrown also joined King Promise on stage to perform ‘Favourite Story’, a song which featured the likes of Sarkodie and OliveTheBoy.

Nana Aba Anamoah has acknowledged King Promise’s surprise performance, stating that the artiste generously performed five of his songs at the event.

In a post on X, she stated, “A very big thank you to @IamKingPromise for gracing the just ended  @womenofvalour_ event in London. He came only to say hello and ended up performing five of his biggest hits for us. That generosity means a lot and it’s something I’ll never forget. God bless you, @IamKingPromise.”

The Women of Valour event was held on the theme “The Pursuit of Fearlessness”, and brought together influential women like Nana Ama McBrown, Kate Henshaw, Lesley Batchelor, and Debora Shanley to share stories of courage and resilience.
