Henry Nana Boakye
Incumbent National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, is promising a “strategic organisation” for the ruling party to sustain growth and success ahead of a nationwide tour to kick-start his campaign for the National Organiser position.
The campaign launch, which is expected to be drenched in inclusiveness and participatory activity towards “operation recapture lost seats,” will begin on Thursday, May 12, 2022 in the Ashanti Region.
“I will meet newly elected and appointed constituency officers and existing regional officers to put forth my vision and set of objectives as the next National Organiser of NPP,” he indicated in a statement issued yesterday.
He said in July, this year, the NPP would go to a conference to elect national officers to lead the party for the next four years, noting, “Respectfully, I’m putting myself up to be elected as National Organiser of our party when the time is due.”
“I have made this informed decision, premised on the enormous experience and relevant skills set I have acquired coupled with proven track record while rising through the ranks – from polling station, TESCON, constituency, region to my current position as National Youth Organiser,” Nana B added.
He asserted that he would bring to the table “rich and trusted experience in organisation and leadership, and with a clear proven performance the organisational arm of the NPP under my watch will help deliver victory to our party people in 2024.”
“Let me hasten to add that my campaign would be totally clean and decorous devoid of insults or disrespect or personal attacks whatsoever,” he pledged.
For him, he has great confidence in his track record, and fully convinced that his message crafted around a 10-point strategic plan will resonate with delegates and the rank and file of the NPP.
