Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Running Mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has emphasized the crucial role of divine intervention in the party’s quest for victory in the upcoming elections.
Speaking with conviction, he stated, “The possibility is only with God. Nothing is possible unless there is God inside.”
Dr Prempeh, who is also a devout Christian, highlighted the significance of faith in the party’s journey to success.
He reminded his party members that it is not just about planning and strategizing to win the election, but also about acknowledging the power of God.
“With the Methodist Church behind us, we will surely win it,” he added, underscoring the importance of spiritual support.
The Running Mate went on to emphasize that it is only God who can perform miracles and grant favours.
“Whether you admit it or not, it is only God who can make the angels, and the stones turn and come and vote for us. It is only God who can grant us the favour of men,” he stated.
Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh also acknowledged that leadership is not just about human effort, but also about divine guidance.
“It is only God who can change the heart of leaders to make them better leaders,” he said, highlighting the need for spiritual transformation in leadership.
