Okyeame Kwame and his family
Okyeame Kwame yesterday released a new single titled ‘Adonko’ featuring Kwabena Kwabena to celebrate his eight years of marriage with his wife Annica Nsiah Apau.
The song, produced by Ben Kuslin, has authentic African rhythm, as well as smooth singing and skillfully crafted raps that will make one listen to it over and over again.
Okyeame Kwame who is also credited with a number of hit songs has prominently staged performances for a number of corporate and private events in the country.
“I released this single to celebrate my eight years of marriage and also to thank my fans for their loyalty and support all these years,” he added.
The two love birds got married in January 16, 2009 and the marriage is one people admire.
In a chat with BEATWAVES, Okyeame Kwame praised his wife, describing her as the best thing to have ever happened to his life.
Disclosing the secret to the solid relationship he has with his wife, Okyeame Kwame said, “My wife has been a solid backbone and my best friend. There were moments I decided to quit music but her advice and support kept me going.”
Annica also said marrying Okyeame Kwame has brought out the best in her, as she wakes up a happy person each day knowing the place she has in Okyeame Kwame’s heart.
Okyeame Kwame and Annica are blessed with two children; a boy and a girl, who have always been a part of their everyday movement.
