OKYENHENE OSAGYEFUO Amoatia Ofori Panin has urged journalists to write positive stories about Ghana rather than propagating negative news about personalities.
Speaking at the just-ended Eastern Regional Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) awards, he said journalism was a noble profession.
“Journalism is a noble profession, so please help us speak truth to power and write good stories to inform and to entertain. Help us, my friends, not to write negative stories about personalities that you will not like,” he said.
He added that “the people who have pass-through this association have been great men and women of the past, and that, I urged you to continue working hard for this country to be transformed.”
