The organisers of the Ghana @60 Business and Financial Services Awards have honoured Papaye Fast Food for its immense contribution towards the development of fast food industry in the country and its consistent commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The special award was presented to the Business & Planning Manager of Papaye Fast Food, Samir Kalmoni, by Nana Dr Baa Wiredu, World Tourism Organisation Consultant.
The ceremony was organised by Top Brass Ghana, in collaboration with Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Several distinguished personalities from the various sectors of the economy and some corporate institutions were honoured for their outstanding achievements.
The awards ceremony which was held on Friday, September 22 at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra attracted number personalities from various institutions and agencies.
The Chief Executive Officer of Papaye Fast Food, Divine Asiedu, in an interview with BEATWAVES, thanked the organisers for the award.
He gave an assurance that Papaye Fast Food would continue with its good work.
Papaye Restaurant, he stated, has been able to support Ghanaian workers with quality food. It currently has 500 workers.
Mr Asiedu commended the organisers for instituting an award scheme to motivate hardworking entrepreneurs to strive for professional excellence and service.
