Staff of the Produce Buying Company (PBC) will have to restrategize their financial obligations as their August 2022 salaries have delayed because the firm is going through financially challenges.
The company is therefore pleading with the workers to “bear with management in these difficult times.”
The message contains in a leaked internal circular issued on September 6, 2022 and sighted by DGN Online which reads “We wish to inform all members of staff that the payment of salaries for the month of August 2022 will delay due to the current financial challenge faced by the company.”
But the management expressed optimism that the salaries will be paid in due course, saying that “It is the resolve of Management to continuously work around the clock to ensure payment of staff salaries for the month in question.”
