Platinum Impex Unveils New Sigma Products, CSR Initiative

Platinum Impex, operating under the Sigma Appliances brand, has announced the official launch of the new Sigma product lineup, including the sleek Sigma Luxe AC, and the unveiling of the company’s new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, “Sigma for TVET.”

The announcement, was made at the first Platinum Dealers Day event held on the theme, “Powering Growth Together”. The event brought together the company’s network of dealers, partners, and technicians for a day of collaboration, and training.

The company also introduced the Platinum Partner Programme, a new loyalty initiative designed to reward its valuable authorized dealers.

“This event was a celebration of the partnerships that have been instrumental to our success,” said Ahmad Taan, General Manager of Platinum Impex. “Our dealers and technicians are the frontline of our business, and this event underscored our commitment to investing in their growth.”

Sales Manager, Santosh Engolla, highlighted the new products, stating, “We were thrilled to unveil our new line of products, which are the result of extensive research to bring the best technology to our customers. The new Sigma Luxe AC line, with its black panel and black mirror finish, represents the pinnacle of our design and engineering. Its Dual Inverter technology, R32 refrigerant, and Anti-Bacterial Filter are a game-changer, offering unmatched efficiency and air quality. We are confident these products will exceed the expectations of the Ghanaian consumer.”

Marie D. Sam, the Marketing Manager also spoke about the company’s new community and dealer programmes. “This Dealers Day was about celebrating our collective impact,” the Marketing Manager said. “We were incredibly proud to launch our ‘Sigma for TVET’ CSR initiative in partnership with the Ghana TVET Service, which will help train the next generation of skilled technicians. We also introduced our new Platinum Partner Program, a points-based loyalty program that rewards our authorized dealers with credit notes for future purchases. This initiative deepens our relationships and directly invests in the profitability of our partners.”
