Rev. Wengam interacting with some beneficiaries
The General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Wengam and wife, Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam, have sponsored free medical screening and treatment for 135 retired pastors and spouses and widows of deceased pastors in Ashanti Region(Ashanti East, Ashanti West and Ashanti North).
They also provided lunch for them and an undisclosed amount of cash gift for each person.
Rev. Wengam visited the venue, Light House Assembly of God, Kumasi to interact with the beneficiaries.
The medical services was provided by Cedar Medical Outreach Team made up of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other health Professionals of Cedar Mountain Chapel, East Legon Assembly of God.
This is the second time they have embarked on this project in the region for retirees and spouses and pastors’ widows.
The first took place in Feb, 2022 at Emmanuel Temple Assembly of God, Kumasi.
