Acheampong Engman, better known by his stage name Daddy Bosco, is making waves in the music industry with his unique blend of reggae and dancehall vibes. Born and raised in NSM, Eastern Region, Daddy Bosco’s journey to musical stardom began at a young age.

Discovering his passion for singing, songwriting, and sound engineering in his formative years, Daddy Bosco honed his craft while attending Nsawam Presby School for his primary education. He continued his academic journey at Okuapeman Senior Secondary School before completing his studies at MASS in the Eastern Region. Later, he pursued a course in TV & Film Productions at Gh Schools in Achimota, Greater Accra Region.

In 2017, Daddy Bosco officially launched his music career and has since graced numerous stages, including Abbis Concert in Nsawam, NSASCO, Benkum Senior High School, Kasoa Club, and the prestigious Nsawam Entertainment Awards in 2021. Among his notable hits are “Today,” “Gangster,” “NSM City,” “Baby Girl,” “Party Time,” “Come Again,” and “Gbelemomi,” which have garnered him a dedicated fanbase.

Drawing inspiration from industry icons like Shatta Wale of Shatta Movement Family and Vybz Kartel of Gaza Empire, Daddy Bosco’s influence extends beyond his music. In 2021, his talent and dedication earned him nominations for Reggae Dancehall Song of the Year and Reggae Dancehall Artist of the Year at the EGMA show.
