Stonebwoy
Stonebwoy has lost his grandfather, Thomas Kwashie Doe Ametepi.
The late Doe Ametepi died on March 16, 2019, after a short illness.
Stonebwoy took to social media over the weekend to announce the sad incident and prayed for a peaceful rest for the “old man”.
He also prayed that he watches over the family from the “spirit world of our ancestors”.
The ‘Kpo K?k?’ hitmaker shared a photograph of himself with his late grandfather on his Instagram and said, “Rest In Peace Grandpa!! Thomas Kwashie Doe Ametepi Mummy Will Keep You Company While You Both Continue To Watch Over Us From The Spirit World Of Our Ancestors.”
Stonebwoy is currently one of Ghana’s biggest exports to the world in terms of music.
Although he has done a lot in the local music scene, he is still working hard to push the frontiers of Ghana.
He is at the moment among the biggest contenders of the 2019 Ghana Music Awards (GMA) with multiple nominations, including the artiste of the year, reggae dancehall song of the year, hip-life song of the year, among others.
