The Savanah Regional Taskforce against rosewood trade has impounded two trucks illegally transporting rosewood.
The two trucks carrying the rosewood were arrested in Damongo, the Savanah Regional Capital.
Government through the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, it would be recalled, placed a ban on the transporting and trade of rosewood.
The arrest of the two trucks was made on Sunday, June 28, 2021.
