A 60-YEAR-old tricycle rider died instantly when he accidentally crashed his speeding tricycle into a stationary vehicle.
The rider, who has since been identified by the police as Mohammed Ghali Nuhu Abass, sustained life-threatening injuries after the crash.
He was said to have been rushed to the Manhyia Government Hospital but, unfortunately, he died whilst receiving treatment.
The unfortunate incident, according to a police report, happened at Akwatialine in the Asokore Mampong Municipality on July 25, 2024.
“On July 25, 2024, one Mohammed Ghali Nuhu Abass, aged 60 years, was riding Bajaj tricycle with registration number M-19-AS 8762 from Aboabo station towards Sawaba.
