Societe-Generale Celebrates Customer Week

Societe Generale, a leading bank in Ghana, has organized its customer service week to acknowledge the loyalty of customers.

 

This year’s event was organized under the theme, “Customer Satisfaction, our focus.”

 

The bank used the opportunity to appreciate its customers for transacting business with the financial institution over the years.

 

Joining other subsidiaries under the Societe Generale Group to celebrate, the bank hosted its campaign from Monday, October 3 to Friday 7, 2016.

 

During the week-long celebration, management of the bank visited the bank’s branches to get first-hand information and also interact with the customers.

 

Sionle Yeo, Managing Director of Societe Generale Ghana, who was speaking during management’s visit to the Osu Branch, expressed the bank’s commitment to bringing world-class customer service to Ghanaian consumers.
