Kasapreko Wins Big At 2018 Manufacturers Awards

Kasapreko Company Limited has picked two major awards at the 2018 edition of the prestigious Ghana Manufacturing Awards held in Accra last week Thursday.

The company’s CEO, Richard Adjei, won the young manufacturer of the year award while the  company was also adjudged export manufacturing company of the year award for its exceptional quality in that area. Both categories were highly competitive but Kasapreko beat the rest.

Kasapreko Company Limited is one of the leading and successful alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverage producers in Ghana.

The company, which was first set up in the garage of the owner and businessman, Dr Kwabena Adjei, in 1989 at Nungua has now grown into a multinational company with state-of-the-art automated factory located off the Spintex road.

It currently employs over 573 regular and contract workers. It is also undertaking an expansion project which will increase its production capacity by almost three times to meet the growing market demand from other African countries and beyond.

Winning at the 2018 Ghana Manufacturing Awards solidifies its position as one of the major and go-to brands in beverage manufacturing industry.

The award ceremony celebrates innovations in the beverage industry with an ultimate aim of compelling professionals and companies to compete locally and globally.

It was held on May 24 at the Kempinski Goldcoast Hotel in Accra and had Ghana’s largest, leading and most successful alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage producers winning enormously at the event.
