Dr. Kingsley Agyeman, NPP parliamentary candidate for Abuakwa South Constituency in the Eastern Region, has demonstrated his commitment to empowering local youth and artisans through a generous donation of equipment and financial support.
At a ceremony in Akyem Maase, Dr. Agyeman, alongside key New Patriotic Party (NPP) executives, presented 15 sewing machines and 15 hair dryers to aspiring apprentices in dressmaking and hairdressing.
Additionally, he provided substantial financial support, pledging ₵1,000 for each apprentice and ₵5,000 to the hairdressers’ and dressmakers’ associations.
This benevolent act has drawn praise from beneficiaries and constituents, solidifying Dr. Agyeman’s reputation as a leader dedicated to improving lives.
His promise to extend support to young men interested in vocational skills such as carpentry and masonry has resonated with the community.
In a surprising turn of events, opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) member Mr. Mensah publicly declared his allegiance to the NPP, citing Dr. Agyeman’s kindness and dedication.
