‘Aha Ye De’ Festival For Economic Devt Dec. 21

The highly anticipated ‘Aha Ye De’ Festival, a one-of-a-kind celebration of Ghana’s rich culture for thriving entrepreneurship, creativity, economic development and innovative spirit is slated to take place on Saturday, December 21, 2024 to showcase the best Made-in-Ghana products.

The festival which will be organised by the Ahaspora Professionals Network Ghana, a diaspora organisation established to promote Brain Gain in Ghana in collaboration with CalBank, is set to be hosted at the CalBank Head Office, Accra.

This year’s ‘Aha Ye De’ promises to be a day full of vibrant performances, unique cultural exhibition and an energetic marketplace with 50 selected vendors to feature a diverse range of products including Ghana-Made fashion, jewellery, health products and financial services.

By creating a platform for local entrepreneurs, ‘Aha Ye De’ goes beyond celebration because it empowers business to grow and thrive; furthermore, this event will provide vendors with exposure to both the local community and the diaspora, helping them to reach new customers and gain greater recognition for their quality Made-in-Ghana products.

Founder of Ahaspora, Christable Dadzie said with the festival elevates the positive African story by showcasing world class Made-in-Ghana brands, adding that it is a  catalyst for economic development and empowerment and a space for small and medium businesses to thrive.

She noted that, for the fourth consecutive year, Ahaspora is honored to organise ‘Aha Ye De’, a flagship event that underscores, “our contribution to our country and continent, bridging home and abroad with a local, diaspora and an international audience”.
