Ashfoam Ghana, a leading brand in the furniture, foam, and linen industry has launched a hotel loyalty card that allows members of the Ghana Hotel Association (GHA) to shop at discounted prices at any branch in the country.

The loyal card with its QR code feature also allows cardholders to access Ashfoam products from the comfort of their homes. Again they can make an online payment with free delivery at their convenience.

Addressing the media at the launch, General Manager, of Ashfoam Ghana, George Massih, indicated that the company after deliberations with the Ghana Hotel Association on challenges facing its industry, “concluded on designing a loyalty card as a tailor-made solution to ease the pressure on hotel owners in purchasing furnishing items as we offer discount prices when shopping with Ashfoam”.

Mr. Massih also noted that the loyalty card spans for a year and it is subject to renewal for members of the Ghana Hotel Association.

“The loyalty card is for members of the association. This is because if you want to purchase our products with credit, it’s only through the hotel association that we get to know you. They also act as guarantors for you.

If you own a hotel you need to be in good standing with the association for you to benefit from our loyalty offer as it provides the highest level of customer care and it cuts across all our branches nationwide,” he added.

President of the Ghana Hotels Association, Dr. Edward Ackah-Nyamike Jnr., described the partnership as an “optimal move, stating that it came at the right time as most of the hotels under operation are still recovering from the hardship of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“With this partnership, it offers great discounts to members of the association and this will go a long way to reducing the burden of purchasing furniture items in cash considering the current economic hardship with the increase in tariffs “he added.

Mr. Ackah-Nyamike urged non-members of the association to join as it is bent on fostering more collaboration with industry stakeholders in producing tailor-made solutions to support the development of the hotel industry.
