Reigning FA Cup champions Bechem United has rewarded three dedicated players of the club in a well-organized dinar gala at Bechem over the weekend.
The awardees, having served the club over four seasons were Patrick Cole, Yaw Mensah and Issah Adamu (Captain).
And as part of the reward package, the club’s management is sending the trio to Thailand with all expenses paid to continue with their football career.
Skipper Adamu on behalf of his mates thanked club president Kingsley Owusu-Achau profusely for the honour done them saying, “It takes a great visionary like our president to realize this goal. We are most grateful and we promise to act as worthy ambassadors and event soldiers on to Europe and other places.”
The club’s president advised the playing body to emulate the shinning example of the trio and pledged to assist any player who demonstrates dedication and commitment to the club’s course .
The trio were expected to fly out of the country yesterday for Thailand to continue their respective careers.
Meanwhile, Francis G. Hackman has been appointed as the new Administrative Manager of the club . Three years ago, the club sent its then captain, Papa Yaw to Sweden in a similar gesture.
