Body Of Queen Who Drowned Still Missing

The body of Sara Kwarteng, one of the beauty queens who allegedly got drowned at a beach during a photo shoot, has still not been found, NEWS-ONE gathered on Sunday.

The Mampong Campus of the University of Education, Winneba student was one of the two students who died after they were struck by a strong wave.

They were taking photographs as part of Face of University Students’ Association of Ghana (USAG) beauty contest at the Oasis Beach Restaurant in Cape Coast on Thursday evening when the tragic incident occurred.

The body of the other deceased person identified as Lily Ampofowaa Asiedu from the University of Ghana was found and has since been deposited at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) Hospital morgue. However, Sara’s body remains missing.

Two other ladies and a gentleman, who were all part of the photo shoot, are on admission, according to Graphic.com.gh Thursday report.

The pageant they were about to take part in was part of activities for the annual congress of USAG’s activities at UCC.
