Foad Fattal
FOAD FATTAL, a Ghanaian businessman, has warned individuals and businesses who may express interest in buying any of his family property at North Industrial Area, Accra, to stay away from such offer(s) from unscrupulous persons parading as members of the Mohammed Fattal family.
According to him, people who will choose to transact business with any member of his family other than himself, risk losing their money.
He said the property being offered for sale by unscrupulous elements were confiscated in the 1990s during the PNDC regime, but were released to the family by the Kufuor administration after several appeals.
He said it is unfortunate how some persons have been able to forge the documents of the released property and offering them for sale.
“I, Foad Fattal, Ghanaian and resident of Tesano in Accra, wish to state that I fought for the release of the confiscated property of my late grandfather, Mohammed Foad Fattal, which was granted by the government on compassionate grounds,” he disclosed.
He continued that some of the landed property were also located off the Spintex Road in Accra, Tudu and Cantonments.
According to him, he discovered that some property have been targeted for sale, and has taken immediate steps to protect such property.
“I hereby appeal to the police to intervene and help me stop the illegal sale of property without any family consensus and collective decision,” he averred.
