Darkovibes
Musician, Darkovibes, known offstage as Paul Nii Amu Andrew Darko, was involved in a car accident in the early hours of July 28, 2025. Thankfully, he walked away without any serious injuries.
The accident happened around dawn, though the exact cause is still unknown. Photos shared on Snapchat by Darkovibes and Ghanaian content creator MadeinGhana, who was reportedly with him at the time, showed a severely damaged black Honda Civic believed to be the car involved.
In his post, Darkovibes thanked God for his safety, writing: “Sometimes we plan but God smiles. We give thanks to life.”
This is not the first time the artist — the member of the La Même Gang – has been in a car crash. In 2023, he survived an accident on the Tema-Accra Motorway, after hitting a pothole that caused one of his tyres to burst.
