Ghanaian event organizer and artiste manager, Elias Kumi has announced plans of hosting music seminar to upgrade the skills of the young and upcoming artistes in the music industry in the country.
The seminar dubbed ‘Made in Ghana Youth Seminar’ will be also used to upgrade the skills of Ghanaian artistes to enable them meet the challenges ahead of them in their chosen career.
The seminar will provide a platform for players in the music industry to study, understand and access opportunities in the emerging markets around the world.
It is expected to be attended by stakeholders in the music industry. It will enlighten music stakeholders about the modern trends in the digital marketing space.
The seminar will also serve as a training of trainers workshop since it cannot possibly reach all musicians nationwide directly so that those who participate in the programme can go back to their home regions and share the knowledge, Elias Kumi said.
The seminar will feature some of the most seasoned music personalities in Ghana who will share ideas, principles and experiences they had acquired within the music circuit over the years with participants.
It will be streamed to over six hundred thousand audience on Facebook and other social media platforms. The organisers are yet to fix a date and venue for the seminar which will be announced soon.
