GCB’s brand ambassadors
GCB Bank Limited on Wednesday inaugurated its new breed of young and energetic brand ambassadors at a colourful ceremony in Accra.
Hannah Essien, Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, who commented on the objective for the development, said GCB recently embarked on a strategic directional path meant to change its fortunes both home and abroad with a change in its vision and mission statement.
She said GCB also intends to achieve this through the provision of first-class banking solutions for its customers and value for all stakeholders.
Explaining further, she noted: “As agents of change, you have a responsibility to showcase GCB as a unique brand in your community. As the theme for the programme indicates, be prepared to stir passion among stakeholders both within and outside the bank.”
Ishaque Kojo Essel, Head of Human Resource Department, also commented: “You are an embodiment of our great bank’s identity in appearance, demeanour, values and ethics and you should be able to use promotional strategies that will strengthen the customer product service relationship and influence a large audience to buy and consume the bank’s products and services more.”
